Madelyn Chung
Founder and Executive Director
Madelyn Chung (she/her/hers) is a multidisciplinary creative, speaker and registered psychotherapist with a focus on supporting the Asian North American community. She is also the founder and editor-in-chief of RepresentASIAN Project. Through her writing, therapy and advocacy work, Madelyn Chung is committed to advocating for and empowering the Asian North American community.

Bryce Seto
Co-founder
Bryce Seto (he/him/his) is a writer, actor, revenue executive, and mental health advocate. Diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, he has a mission to utilize the power of storytelling to combat mental illness and normalize the stigma of vulnerability among men and within Asian communities. He is the father of two daughters and is currently completing his MBA at Ivey Business School.

Rebekah Lim

Rebekah Lim (she/her/hers) is a Malaysian-born freelance photographer and graphic designer with a passion for visual storytelling. She is a big fan of bubble tea, long walks and longer naps.
Vera Cheng, BSW, MSW, RSW
Managing Partner, Therapy Grants
Vera Cheng (she/her/hers) identifies as a 1.5 generation Chinese Canadian and is a psychotherapist, mental health advocate, media expert and keynote speaker from Toronto, Ontario. She has over 15 years of clinical experience working in community and medical settings with a diverse population ranging from teens to seniors. Vera currently works in private practice with predominantly Asian folx with issues on anxiety, self-esteem, intergenerational trauma and grief.
Vera has openly shared the obstacles she has overcome in life that allowed her to accept and challenge herself. These experiences allowed her to become a psychotherapist and support individuals with similar challenges. She collaborates and empathizes with individuals to help bolster their self-awareness to make positive and goal-directed changes in their life. It empowers them, recognizes their strengths, and establishes a greater sense of self-compassion.

Sadaf Ahsan (she/her/hers) is a Toronto-based arts and culture writer and host of pop-culture podcast The Reheat. She previously worked at The Juggernaut, NOW Magazine, and the National Post. She dreams of running her fingers through Dev Patel’s hair, after which she will die a peaceful death.
